Thomas James Ferrer

Thomas, an American who is a key member of the Sky Urban Builders culture, is dedicated to fostering continuous development with the goal of enabling our staff to offer great customer service. He oversees organizational development and collaborates with the executive management team to make sure all facets of the business are always changing for the better, ensuring Ridgemont remains the industry leader in terms of clients, projects, and our internal capabilities to support them.

Under Thomas' direction, Sky Urban Builders expanded from a small business with only thirty people to one of the most prosperous privately-held construction management companies in the area.

Thomas joins the team with a meaningful career in the construction sector. He started as a project superintendent and advanced through a number of jobs within the company, giving him insight in all facets of providing the construction service. He has joined committees relating to our sector out of a commitment to it. Through his involvement in civic and humanitarian groups, he also gives back to the community.
